Story
Our company is driven by testing flavour with judges at BBQ competitions and remains committed to making the best from BBQ sauce, BBQ rub and now our Premium Seasonings line. We know flavour and we have the awards to show it!
At some competition BBQ events there is a burger category. BBQ Brian was crafting a competition burger entry and wanted to use turkey as the protein. The experimenting began with all sorts of spices and flavors and it all narrowed down to a nice blend of herbs that reminded him of his grandmother’s garden…. she was an awesome gardener! That is the simple story behind Grandma’s Garden Mix Premium Seasonings.
Common Applications
The most common application will be to mix into ground meat such as turkey or chicken to make burgers, meatballs or meatloaf. However we’ve found plenty of flavor for this seasoning by mixing it with sour cream or mayonnaise for a tasty vegetable dip!
Other Uses
Mix with mayonnaise and even some sriracha for some heat and drizzle over grilled fish or as a burger topper.
