Slow Smoke Gold BBQ Sauce was created to be our competition slather – the indispensable coating of flavour applied to raw meat before the House of Q House Rub is shaken on. This gold mustard sauce is incredibly tasty and has quickly become a fan favourite.
Description
Slow Smoke Gold BBQ Sauce is a mustard-based BBQ sauce that is at first zingy and tangy from the mustard and vinegar, and then provides a hint of heat with pepper and cayenne notes.
Common Applications
Slow Smoke Gold BBQ Sauce is fabulous as a dipping sauce or on anything that wants mustard, but is also delicious as a glaze on salmon or pork ribs.
Other Uses
Outstanding in vegetable dips, potato salad or devilled eggs.
Ingredients
Mustard (vinegar, water, mustard seed, salt, tumeric, paprika, spice, natural flavor and garlic powder), Ketchup (tomato paste, liquid sugar, white vinegar, salt, onion powder, spices), Brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce (distilled vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, water, salt, caramel colour, garlic, sugar, spices, anchovies, tamarind, natural flavour), Vinegar, Water, Onion, Garlic, Spice.

This is a delight and an awesome find! It’s a little like the hot mustard sauce you used to be able to get from McDonalds for chicken nuggets, but BETTER!
