Description
This rub was used to help win the Reserve Grand Championship at the American Royal. A near perfect balance of sweet and salty, it finishes off with a mild touch of heat. Great on pork, chicken, eggs, or anywhere you want a boom of flavor and bright red color.
INGREDIENTS
Salt, sugar, paprika and other spices, dehydrated garlic, and not more than 1.0% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.
